If you are new to Lifecoast and would like to know which Life Group to join and start your journey we will recommend ROOTED. This is the primary Life Group that Models The Mission God has Called us to for our Community.

This is a quarterly group that gives you the opportunity Learn your strengths and gifts and to plug them into the Lifecoast Mission.

Begin with a Bible Devotion studying the scriptures which point to health and well being. Which will flow right into 45 Minutes of stretching & gentle movement and balancing using chairs.
